BRJAGUAR: Brevetti Jaguar Double Mitre Saw. Made in Italy. Main Characteristics: Pneumatic double mitre sawing machine, for “V-cutting” at 45 degrees, at both ends, in wooden mouldings of any shape and kind (all woods - aluminium covered, etc.). Precise graduated scale to gauge at the rebate of the mitred mouldings, right sliding stop and vertical pneumatic clamps. With fixed fence. Maximum operator safety. Sound level: LAeq > 85 dB (A). Arranged to be connected to a suction unit with minium delivery of 700 m3/h for each exhaust outlet. Blades: 2 circular carbide saw blades of 275mm (10-7/8") diameter, bore size 32mm (1-1/4"). Maximum cutting capacity: width 70mm (2-3/4") height (3-15/16"). Production rate: about 200 cuts per hour (it varies with mouldings dimensions). Standard electrical equipment: 2 motors of 1.5 Hp each; Voltage 400/440 V; 50/60 Hz; 2800 RPM; 3 Phase. On request machine can be supplied with electrical equipment according to local voltage and hertz. In this case electrical characteristics change. Electric consumption max. 3 Kw. (single phase on request). Sawdust exhaust outlets: 2 x 100mm (3-15/16") diameter. Overall dimensions and weight: width 880mm (34-5/8"); length 1130mm (44-1/2"); height 1380mm (54-3/8"); weight 240kg (529 lbs). Particularly suitable for woodworking shops and custom picture frames.
