BRC18PLUS: Brevetti C 18 PLUS Double Mitre Saw. Made in Italy. Max cutting capacity: 102mm width (with saw blades dia. 380mm) - 100mm height. Operation: electro-pneumatic. Voltage: 400V 50Hz - 3Ph. 2 saw blades HM d. 350mm, size bore d. 32mm. Hand control valves for cycle initiation. 3 moulding supporting arms l=1000mm (1 right, 2 left). Adhesive measuring system l=1000mm. Right pneumatic sliding stop. Double vertical pneumatic clamps. Air filter. Waste pieces support with blow out device. Clamping timing device. Foot operated valve for vertical clamping. Possibility to use saw blades from 275mm to 380mm Ø. Main Characteristics: Manual sawing machine with horizontal stroke for “V-cutting” at 45 degrees at both ends in wooden mouldings of any shape and kind. Possibility to use saw blades from 275mm (10 7/8”) up to 380mm. (15”). Precise graduate scale to gage at the rebate of the mitred mouldings, right sliding stop and double vertical pneumatic clamps with fixed fence. Maximum operator safety. Sound level: LAeq> 80 dB (A). Arranged to be connected to a suction unit with min. delivery of 700m3/h for each sawdust exhaust outlet. Saws: 2 circular caribe saw blades of 350mm. (13 3/4”) (size bore ø 32mm - 1 1/4”). Max. cutting capacity: see cutting diagram. Production rate: About 300-400 cuts per hour (it varies with mouldings dimensions). Standard electric equipment: 2 motors of 2Hp each; Voltage 380/440V - 50/60Hz; 3 Phases. On request machine can be supplied with electric equipment according to local voltage and hertz.
