BRPRISMATICE: Brevetti Prismatic E Double Mitre Saw. Made in Italy. Two hand control valves for cycle initiation. 2 saw blades type HM d. 250mm, size bore. 2 moulding supporting arms. Adhesive measuring system l=1000mm. Right sliding stop. Horizontal pneumatic clamps. Air/oil filter. Clamping timing device. Possibility to use 275mm diameter saw blades. Main Characteristics: Manual sawing machine, with pneumatic horizontal stroke, for “V-cutting” at 45 degrees, at both ends, in mouldings of any shape and kind. Possibility to use saw blades from 250mm (9-7/8") up to 275mm (10-7/8"), bore size 32mm (1-1/4"). Precise graduated scale to gauge at the rebate of the mitred mouldings. The horizontal pheumatic clamps and the right sliding stop are standard. With fixed fence. Digital readout as optional (T024). Maximum operator safety. Sound level: LAeq > 80 dB (A). Arranged to be connected to a suction unit with minium delivery of 700 m3/h for each exhaust outlet. Blades: 2 circular carbide saw blades of 250mm (9-7/8") diameter, bore size 32mm (1-1/4"). Maximum cutting capacity: see cutting diagram. Production rate: about 250 cuts per hour (it varies with mouldings dimensions). Standard electrical equipment: 2 motors of 1.5 Hp each 2800 RPM; Voltage 230 V; 50 Hz; Single Phase. On request machine can be supplied with electrical equipment according to local voltage and hertz. In this case electrical characteristics change. Electric consumption max. 2,2 Kw. (3 phase on request). Sawdust exhaust outlets: 2 x 100mm (3-15/16") diameter.
