AM2-300245: AMS-2 Heat-Activated New Tech Permanent Mounting Tissue. Rolls: 300 feet (91.4m) x 24.5 inches (62cm) wide. AMS-2 tissue is translucent white to off-white, porous, and breathable. It is coated on both sides with heat-sensitive adhesive. AMS-2 is finely mottled with an even consistency that leaves mounted prints free of streaks, discolouration, wrinkles and ridges. It becomes completely saturated and non-porous after application; yet, it becomes porous again when heat is applied a second time to allow air and moisture to pass through during lamination. This tissue creates a permanent bond. AMS-2 is suited for: Standard Papers, RC Photographs, Fibre-based Photographs, Textured Papers, Lithograph Papers, Watercolour Papers, Clay-coated Papers, Newspapers, Cotton Fabrics, Rice Papers, Brass Rubbings, Parchment, Silk, Polyester Fabric, Wooden Substrates, MDF Board, Ink Jet Papers (coated and uncoated), Foamboard, and Gatorboard.
